Former Ohio State coach explains Dantonio's success where others failed

Jim Tressel’s answer to a complicated question seemed too simple coming from the professorial former Ohio State coach famed for his sweater-vest.

Why has Mark Dantonio succeeded at Michigan State when so many coaches before him failed? Tressel had some insight on the subject since he hired Dantonio as a defensive coordinator at Youngstown State (1986-90) and Ohio State (2001-03).
