NEW YORK – Ricky Williams smiled like a kid answering questions throughout the College Football Hall of Fame press conference Tuesday at the Waldorf Astoria. The 1998 Heisman Trophy winner from Texas was introspective, too.

He was far removed from the aloof image of him as an entitled athlete during his controversial NFL days, that included a suspension for marijuana use.
