Anyone strolling across the West Point campus last spring or summer – cadets, professors, staff members or civilians – that spotted Xavier Moss running backwards must have assumed it was some kind of academy punishment.

Actually, Moss was working on backpedaling fundamentals for his switch from starting wide receiver the last two years to safety as a junior for the 2015 football season that opens against Fordham Sept. 4 at Michie Stadium. ...
