Commander in Chief series opens this weekend

We finally appear to have a three-team race for the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy round-robin series, which opens this weekend. Navy plays Air Force on Saturday at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs.

Army (3-1) has lagged behind Air Force (3-0) and Navy (3-0) this decade and the past 20 years, but the Black Knights appear to have joined the race this season. The Black Knights were 3-0 before surrendering a fourth-quarter lead in an overtime loss last week at Buffalo. ...
