Clemson leads returning ACC offensive linemen

Tyrone Crowder skips NFL to return for senior year alongside Mitch Hyde

It’s not hard to identify the top returning offensive linemen in the ACC. There were 10 underclassmen “big uglies” – to use the catch-phrase legendary retired ABC announcer Keith Jackson popularized – who earned 2016 All-ACC honors.

The most prominent of them was Florida State’s Rodrick Johnson, but he declared early for the NFL Draft. He was a repeat first-team All-ACC pick who added All-American honors as a 6-foot-7, 311-pound junior last fall
