You should applaud Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly; same with former offensive coordinator Mike Sanford and current Irish OC Chip Long. Kelly and Sanford recruited diminutive quarterback Ian Book. Kelly and Long trusted the redshirt freshman with his first career start in relief of injured starter Brandon Wimbush. ...
