ACC Tournament is still Tobacco Road in Brooklyn

Big East transplants Syracuse and Louisville have yet to influence ACC

The ACC Tournament came to New York for the first time, but Duke beating Notre Dame for the title on Saturday demonstrated you can take the event to Brooklyn, but you can’t take Tobacco Road out of the event.

Remember when Big East blue bloods Syracuse and Louisville were supposed to give the ACC a different look when they joined the conference? Not so fast
